Over 1-4 sessions (depending on you and your brand’s unique needs) we learn everything we can about your new business and define what you want to achieve with the new website. To make the impact you want, we need to understand what you offer, who you offer it to and what makes you different from your competition.

This step can also be called Information Architecture. Based on Discovery we work on the website’s structure and then create new concepts. We also design the journey of each customer profile to keep users at the centre of the process.

The words for your website can be delivered by you or we can take it in-house. Even the best design will struggle to connect with an audience and convert them without great copy. If you don’t have the resources in-house, we have copywriters to hand in our collective. While the copy is being drafted, we also work up wireframes to show the new page layouts.

We create low or hi-fidelity layouts of your website and/or digital product. Depending on the timing and scale of your project, prototypes can even reach a standard that makes it possible to start testing with users.

If you don’t have the resources in-house, we can develop your website and make it as eco-friendly as possible. We understand some companies are more dynamic, requiring more flexibility to access and update their websites, which is why we work with Webflow. For us, it offers the best CMS experiences, with more creative possibilities and complete control over your content.

Every asset used on the website will be shared with you in a file. If we’re not working on the development phase together, we’ll also share the design files, with the necessary notes for developers. This extra step means your finished website will look just like the designs. You will also have 1 month’s access to our #aftercare Slack channel if you or the developers have any questions.
